Application Forms For Planning Permission
Select the appropriate application form below.
Print on 'letter' or 8.5'' x 11'' standard all-purpose paper, and preferably double-sided (both front and back of page). Once filled out, the application form along with all the necessary accompanying documents must be delivered to the office of the Physical Planning Division where the application fees can be paid. Application forms are also available at the office.
