Renovation of the State House Complex

The project seeks to provide a safe and secure office and residential spaces for the staff and Head of State and his family. Renovation Works are inclusive of but not limited to the internal works, restoration of wooden and tile flooring, doors, windows, cladding, PVC Guttering, Concrete and Steel Baluster, leakages of External walls and repainting, installation of glass panel in Official Residence, access to the balcony above the carport area and renovation works on the Conference Centre.

This project is to remedy the defects and damages sustained in all four (4) structure pre and post Hurricane Maria. Renovation has started and is expected to be a three (3) year project.
