Caribbean countries and economies are highly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.
Specific climate impacts include sea level rise, increasing intensity and frequency of
hurricanes, longer dry seasons, and shorter wet seasons. In response, the Commonwealth Heads of
Government Meeting, held in Malta on 29 November 2015, approved the establishment of
the Commonwealth Climate Finance Access Hub (CCFAH).
